Requirement
- Passion for humanitarian work and making a positive impact
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week (remote volunteers) or availability for short-term assignments (field volunteers)
- Flexibility and adaptability in challenging environments
- Prior experience in aid work, healthcare, education, or logistics is a plus but not required
